It gives me great pleasure to talk about our experience working with Nazzi. In fact, I could not think of anyone else that I could be happier to talk about than Nazzi. She is an amazing real estate agent and person.  From the moment we choose her to represent us we felt that she has one mission,  and one mission only: to get the best deal possible for us. Today, my wife and I live together with our two boys in a beautiful property that Nazzi helped us find. Our life is better because of her. We worked with Nazzi on two transactions. First, it was the house we currently live in, which we purchased about 3 years ago. We spent about 6 months looking for the house before we meet her at an open house. We liked her from the moment we met her. We worked with other agents before and we realized, as soon as we met her, that she is in a different league. She is very  knowledgeable, experienced, driven, and very interested in getting the right deal for the customer. We told her that we do not want to rush, we want to take the time to find the right property. And especially because of that, I still cannot believe that she has never been late answering emails. If we sent her an email on Saturday evening, we got an answer back on Saturday evening. Frankly, I really do not know how she does it. Anyway, we saw quite a few properties that my wife and I liked, that we felt they were the right properties for us. And we were so wrong! Looking back, none of the properties we liked at that time comes even close to the one we ended up buying. Nazzi had quite a few opportunities to close the deal and get us a house but instead of doing that she opened our mind, she educated us and made us see what we did not see at that time. She kept saying "no, I don't think you will be happy in this house", "this is not a house for you guys", "this house is not a good investment". We really felt she is on our side, that she is not eager to close the deal no matter what, get the commission and move on. After a few months of searching, she recommended us a house, which we ended up buying. It is an amazing property in Los Gatos, one my wife and I feel we will grow old in. We could have not found any other house that would have been better than this house. On top of everything else, the house increased its value more than 60% in 3 years(!). Even though we do not look at the house as an investment, Nazzi definitely helped us make a great investment.

A few months ago we have decided to sell our rental and asked Nazzi to represent us even though we knew the area the house is located in is not one where she has many clients. She was very kind and accepted it. She did a fantastic job preparing the house for sale, bringing in contractors and coordinating all the work, bringing in an amazing stager and negotiating with the buyer. She took care of everything for us! Our rental property ended up being the best sold unit in the complex, ever, and by far. We could have not asked for more.
